Rough and Final Cleans Timed to Your Handoff Date
Vertt does post-construction cleaning for general contractors, builders and property teams in Raleigh, Cary, Durham and across the Triangle, on both new builds and renovations.
We work in two phases. The rough clean comes after the major trades finish. Dust, loose debris and the general mess get cleared out, so finish work and walkthroughs aren’t happening in a construction zone.
The final clean is the detail pass before inspection and handoff. We dust surfaces, trim, vents and fixtures. We clean interior glass, frames and sills, wipe down cabinets, counters and appliances, and clean restrooms and kitchens. Stickers and residue come off finished surfaces, and every floor gets vacuumed and mopped.
Typical projects include new multifamily buildings and units, commercial build-outs and tenant improvements, and renovated common areas or offices. We set the scope on a walkthrough, schedule around the trades and your handoff date, and check the work against the scope before turnover.
