Vertt works with general contractors, builders and renovation teams across Raleigh, Cary, Durham and the Triangle. We handle two parts of the job on multifamily and commercial projects: post-construction cleaning, and interior and exterior painting.
We’ll walk the project with you, set the scope and schedule around your trades, inspections and handoff date. Rough cleans keep the site workable once the heavy trades wrap up. Final cleans get the space ready for inspection, punch walks and move-in. If the project needs painting too, we can fold it into the same schedule, so you’re managing one vendor instead of several.
We’re not a general contractor. Cleaning and painting are what we do, and they have a lot to do with how a finished space looks on handoff day.
